| When the economic globalization becomes a reality to the world,commercial bribery has already across borders, become global legalphenomenon. In order to obtain competitive advantage, commercialbribery has been frequently used by some Multi-National Corporation. Asa result, the fair competition order in the international economic markethas been destroyed. China, as the most attractive investment country andthe most important foreign direct investment place, has been afflicted bycommercial bribery, which becomes an urgent problem to solve. Thisthesis will firstly introduce the harm and the cause of transnationalcommercial bribery in China. Then, through the research of thenewly-issued Bribery Act2010, find the section which is of significanceto China’s governance of transnational commercial bribery and putforward legislative suggestions for China’s governance of transnationalcommercial bribery. |
