Study On Legal System Of Circular Economy In China

Circular economy, as a kind of sustainable development model and based on ecologicalbenefit, it gets rid of shackles of linear thinking and stresses coordination between economicsystem and ecological system. After the word of circular economy putting forward, peoplerealize that the endless demand of natural resources and resources limitations are mutuallycontradictory, and the circular economic pattern makes effective utilization of resources cometrue, and it will replaces the traditional extensive pattern, develops to be new option of21stcentury. Now, some developed countries, such as Germany, have realized the legalization andsocialization of the circular economy through long-term practice. Now, although Chinesecircular economy has made some achievements, in general it is not perfect. We still perfectour country’s legal system of circular economy. This article focuses on the theme of legalsystem of circular economy and it’s divided into four most expansion, The first part beginsfrom the basic theory of circular economy legal system, mainly introduces circular economy,and discusses the composition of the specific legal system of circular economy. The secondpart studies the status quo and problems of circular economy legal system in our country,mainly contains legislation system and specific legal system, as a basis, using a comparativeapproach, the third part introduces abroad circular economic experience in the legal system,and puts forward the enlightenment to China, includes three aspects of enlightenment:legislative model, legislative system and specific legal system, the fourth part puts forward toperfect our legal system of circular economy must be based on the existing problems in ourcountry and learn from foreign advanced experience to take corresponding measures.
