The Improvement Of The Theory Of Hubei Province Tourism Legislation

Tourism law promulgated and implemented both from perfecting our legal system,or the development of the tourism industry, will be a turning point. This paper takesHubei Province as the research object, through the empirical study of Hubei tourismlegislation and combining domestic and foreign relevant theories and legislationexperience, made useful exploration to the Hubei province tourism development planfrom the legal governance perspective. Hope that through the perfection of Hubeitourism legislation, and cooperate with the legal system, national macro policy andsystem design, and provides power for the development of tourism in Hubei Province,Hubei province to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of tourism industry,engine, better play the role of tourism in Hubei province to promote the "two circlearea" development strategy.This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the basic theory oftourism legislation and its significance. This chapter is divided into two sections, thefirst section is about the definition of "first solve the problems of tourism" and"legislative" and "legislative concept of paradigm" in this. Then from the origin,connotation as well as the use of three aspects of this paper applied the "tourism righttheory","environmental justice theory" and "the theory of balance of interests". In thesecond section, analysis of the tourism legislation to improve the practical significanceand the theory significance. In the second chapter is based on an empirical analysis ofHubei tourism legislation, summarize and analyze the performance out of the problemof "legislative concept"," Legislative system " and "Legislative content ". In the thirdchapter, tourism legislation in Beijing City, Shanxi Province as a reference, findingthem can be used for reference. The fourth chapter suggestion part, in view of thesecond chapter of the article, related theories mentioned by the first chapter, combinedwith the comparative study in Chapter third of inspiration income to put forward thecorresponding countermeasures of Hubei tourism legislation.
