Labor dispute is the divergence of views on labor rights and obligations betweenlaborer and laborer and employers. As long as there is this relationship, labor disputeexits. With the rapid development of social economy, due to issues such as salary,welfare, social insurance, compensation and informal recruitment for higher benefits,we have a high incidence of labor dispute. Mediation is an efficient method toresolve labor dispute and maintain social harmony and stability. Non-profitorganization belongs to the independent third party, organization members from allsectors of society. They can finish labor dispute mediation effectively in the field ofgovernment designated and meet the different levels of labor demand. Non-profitorganizations to participate in the labor dispute mediation is an inevitable trend ofsocial development and mature.Firstly, this thesis illustrates the theoretical foundation for participation ofnon-profit organizations in the labor dispute mediation, and the theories include thethird party theory, resource transform theory, theory of social support which furtherexplains the advantage and function of non profitable organizations in the labordispute mediation. In the second part of this thesis, the author uses Shenzhen Chunfeng Labor Disputes Service Center as an example to analyze the actual status ofthe non-profit organization. Through the analysis of actual case, summed up effects ofnon-profit organizations in the labor dispute mediation:1) the mediation workinnovation, protection of the rights of workers;2) make full use of mediation model,creation stable labor relations;3) actively contribute, participation in the legislativework;4) carrying out diversified service, creation harmonious society. For somerestricted problem of the non-profit organization, such as: the system construction,government support, funding and human resources, the paper puts forward someconstructive opinions and suggestions.The views and suggestions for the effectivesettlement of labor disputes, improve the degree of social harmony, control laborerusing extreme way to protect rights and avoid the evolution of social conflict whichhave a positive and realistic significance.
