The Research On Polycentric Governance Structure And Operation Mechanism Of Social Organization Park

With the deepening transformation of government functions, theimportance of social organizations are more and more recognized. Alongwith the increase of quantity and improvement of quality, socialorganizations are playing significantly positive roles in areas like helpingthe poor, disaster relief, education, and environment protection. However,they are still faced with problems in the processes of establishment anddevelopment. Social organization service parks are formed accordingly toprovide guide and support to the newly establishment or weak socialorganizations, or to build platforms for better communication andcooperation of different social organizations. The research applies polycentric governance theory in the case ofPudong Public Service Park, aiming at finding the structure of polycentricgovernance as well as the interaction and operation of the participants.The research finds out that the first organizations that moved into the parkpromoted the establishment of a spontaneous organization. With thegovernance of the spontaneous organization, government and market, thepark is operating well and successful in social organization cultivation.Also, it is helpful to the development of other parks and can make futurecontribution to the ordered and healthy development of socialorganizations.
