Observing The Mass View Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics From The Report Of The18^th CP-C National Congress

The mass view of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the high concentrationand reflection of The Marxist view of the People and mass, which is the result ofGenerations of core leadership of the Communist Party of China to deepen and develop.The18th CPC National Congress is held in Beijing in November8,2012. The governingfor the people became the theme of this conference. The view of the people and masstheory is concerned increasingly by some scholars and experts. The theoreticaldevelopment of the mass view of socialism with Chinese characteristics that is fall behindcompared to the development of practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Thepaper is divided into four sections. In the fourthsection, the solutions are posed by analyzing problems of Cultural construction, problemsof party-mass relationship and problems of the people’s interest expression in the report ofthe18th CPC National Congress from the perspective of the view of the people and mass.Theoretical problem about the view of the people and mass is elaborated under thebackground of by the report of the18th CPC National Congress by literature method andsystematical analysis in this paper.
