The construction of contemporary incorrupt government culture isthe foundation of anti-corruption work, strengthening the construction ofthe incorrupt government culture, not only the advantages of thetraditional incorrupt government culture inherit and spread, but alsodefects from the new point of view in thinking and refection ontraditional culture. can be formed an anti-corruption culture atmospherein the whole society, so as to effectively curb and punish corruption, andserving for the political civilization construction.The development of traditional incorrupt government culture as thebackground, through analyzing the forms of traditional incorruptgovernment culture, come out from the superiority to carry forward thetraditional culture of the mode of thinking，tries to find the traditionalincorrupt government culture loopholes, the construction of modernculture reality to be linked together, analysis how to provides a newperspective for the construction of incorrupt culture from the mainstreamtrend of carry forward the traditional incorrupt government culture, assistthe contemporary construction of socialism incorrupt government cultureand political civilization and under the condition of the socialist marketeconomy.Tthe introduction part of this dissertation mainly present thedomestic and overseas research status and research methods, and definesthe related concepts, do some explanation on the incorrupt and incorruptgovernment culture．The body part of this dissertation is divided into three parts, the firstchapter, carries on the elaboration from the basic contents of traditionalculture of the three aspects of idea, system and the social life forms. Firstdiscuss the ideological content of the traditional incorrupt governmentculture, the ideological basis of people are the foundation of the state,governing by morality based moral, social foundation of rank order andthrifty and simple style base; secondly, unscramble the content oftraditional institutional culture from the aspect of the autocratic monarchysystem, supervision system, legal system and incentive system；and finally, elaborate the traditional culture of incorrupt government sociallife contents in detail from the different levels of the social life,interpersonal relationship and social moral aspects.The second chapter,from the new perspective of thinking, mining the vulnerabilities and theinsufficient of traditional incorrupt government culture in thought, systemand the social life, and then reflect on these issues. First, point out thedefects about the people, governing by morality based moral, diligent andthrifty simple ideas. Secondly, dig out the deficiencies of the traditionalincorrupt government culture from the point of supervision, legal and theguidance system. Finally, find out the loopholes about the traditionalincorrupt government culture from the social life of privilege, powerworship and the commodity economy’s pressing altitude.
