The researches about farmers’behaviors offulfillingcontracts and cooperative members’ behaviors are introduced. On this basis,byfinishingmicro-macro data andresearchmaterials, factorsthat may affecttheperformancebehaviorofthe members are explored. The correlation analysis ofmembers’behaviors to perform the contractis conducted. The empirical analysis ofmembers’behaviors to perform the contract is conducted by using Binary LogisticRegression. The empirical results show that the education level of members, a standard listoffertilization and fieldtechnical guidance from cooperatives, agricultural product safetytesting servicesprovided bycooperatives, transportation servicesprovidedbyagriculturalcooperatives and pasteunifiedtrademark servicesprovided bycooperatives, fluctuations in market prices and employee satisfaction with the cooperative purchase pricehave a significant influence on the behavior of the members to fulfill the contract.Themembers’educationlevel hasa negativeimpact onmembersto fulfillthe contract and otherfactorshave a positiveimpact onmembersto fulfillthe contract.
