At present,China is in the key period of social transformation, in which all kinds of social ideological trend of the collision, and people’s outlook on life, values, ethics and legal have a major shift, the positive thinking and negative thoughts exist at the same time. As a result, many people have different levels of problems on political belief, ideal belief and values. As a member of the big family of socialist society, the ethnic minority members inevitably affected by these trends when they in the process of development together with other minorities. Our country have always paid much attention to the development of the minorities, and Jing is ethnic minority who is China’s only marine nationality and one of cross-border trade nationality. With the establishment and development of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, Jing depend on the geographical advantage, resource advantage and national AD hoc cultural advantage, becomes one of the rich ethnic minorities in China. But Jing’s cultural and educational undertakings is not very well. With the deepening of market economy and foreign economy development, all kinds of ideological culture pouring in, how about the Jing people’s thoughts? Are they agree with the socialist core values?Based on the fundamental position of Marxism, this paper closely related the Jing reality to think and study. First of all, from the perspective of the overall to discuss the concepts of the paper such as values, socialist core values, the identity of socialist core values, and to comb relevant information about Jing, which include Geography, economy, education, history and culture, for supporting the later. Secondly, basis on the investigation to put forward the existing problems of Jing about identification of socialist core values, and through the problems and combining all aspects of the situation of Jing, to find the causes of the problems. Again, introduce the theoretical basis of improving Jing identity of socialist core values. Then raise the content and principles of the socialist core values education, which answer what should educate and what principle should be followed. Finally, based on the education content and the existing problems, and under the guidance of the principles of education, put forward the feasible countermeasures, which include paying more attention to the identification education carrier construction, optimizing environment and improving the quality of self-education. And expect that though implementation of these countermeasures can make the Jing people in the complex domestic, international and regional environment to realize the essence of things, and take a rational view toward new phenomena and new problems of the social environment, and promote and practice the socialist core values.
