| The expression of interests is a political behavior that certain individuals or groups expressing their interest requests to outside and trying to achieve their interest objectives. Different sectors and groups have different expression of interests skills, as one of the vulnerable groups in society, the peasants is limited in the interests of social practice process due to its own limitations and the external environment. So their interests cannot express fully and be protected completely, which have an effect on the certain impact on social harmony and stability for the rising number of conflicting interests, and even violent incident. Therefore, study on the expression of peasants’ interests has become more urgent and necessary.This article takes the Wukan Event as example, analyzes and interprets it from the perspective of the expression of peasants’ interests. In order to image the big from the small, the article discuss the origin of Wukan villagers’ expression of interests, the process of expression of interest and the results so as to find out the problems and causes, and finally come up with strategies about orderly expression of peasants’ interests.The paper comprises five chapters:First chapter introduces the research background, research purpose and significance of research methods and thesis framework summarized expression of peasants ’interests’ research. The second chapter defines the basic meaning of interests, the expression of interests and the expression of peasants’ interests, along with a brief introduction about the political process theory and the theory of interest, which will take as the basis of theoretical analysis of the entire paper. The third chapter is case studies based on the Wukan event, from which find the expression of interest process problems. And the forth chapter is about to analyze the causes of problems specifically. The last chapter puts forward some proposals to guide and safeguard orderly expression of peasants’ interests, and the specific path can be constructed from the government level, the farmers themselves, institutional channels, organizational platform. With all aspects of collaborative development can we hopefully. achieve the goal that orderly expression of peasants’interests, as well as promote harmonious development of rural social stability. |
