Political Socialization Issues Perspective Of Harmonious Society

The Sixteenth Congress of the Communist Party clearly put forward the concept of "harmonious society", and regard building a more harmonious society as one of its goals. The sixteen session of the six plenary session of the Central Committee approved CCP decision on some major issues in building a harmonious socialist society, make a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and tasks, and all agreed "Social harmony is an essential attribute of socialism Chinese, and an important guarantee for national prosperity and rejuvenation as well as people’s happiness", put forward building a harmonious society to a hitherto unknown height. The eighteen Third Plenary Session of the party put forward "promote social equity and justice, improve the well-being of the people" as the starting point and the foothold of the reform, and system is the basic guarantee of promoting social harmony. At present, under the background of Globalization, our country is in a crucial stage in the period of social transition, Diversity and pluralism of political culture and interests demand highlights, all aspects of the contradictions still exist in varying degrees, it caused the negative influence to the political development and social stability. To realize social equity and justice, accelerate the building of a harmonious society, besides mandatory policies and measures, we need a flexible means, namely political socialization. Therefore, the political socialization from the perspective of harmonious society has theoretical and practical significance.At present, although China’s political socialization has achieved initial success, as follows: political attitude is correct, the individual ideological and political quality enhances unceasingly, continuous innovation and improvement of political system, political culture has strengthened. But in the process of building a harmonious society, there still exists multiple difficulties. The absence of political socialization construction related to the theory and system, the weakness of political identity, non institutionalized political participation, the effectiveness of traditional political socialization has reduced, these issues dominated political belief crisis. The perspective on the main reasons are:emphasis on political socialization is not enough, the official standard vestiges of feudal ideology and democracy and the rule of law is not perfect, restricting the social and economic development level and participation mechanism, abuse of political socialization system, caused by a double challenge aspects of globalization and social transition period. To solve these problems, promote the harmonious society construction, the countermeasures are:One, strengthen the political and social construction, including the party and the government, citizens themselves, school and family, social autonomous organizations etc; Two, the political and social governance model, including scientific and rational expression mechanism of interests, rights and supervision mechanism, the political participation of the benign operation mechanism, legal system construction; Three, the security conditions of political socialization, including five aspects, they are:optimize the conditions of the market economy and social autonomy, enrich the content and way of political socialization, pay attention to the scientific analysis of political psychology, strengthen the construction of socialist ideology. Only based on a clear understanding of the current political and social issue sand situations, dialectical treats its achievements and facing difficulties, to gradually eliminate the block of harmonious factors of political socialization, so as to serve building a harmonious society.
