Research On Power Corruption Governance Based On Weber’s Thoughts On Legal System

The corruption of power is the behavior of national civil servants abusing public power to seek illegal interests, which damage the public interests. Control power corruption has always been an important political task of the ruling party and the government in China, and it has become one of the focuses which people concern most. Since the founding of new China, our party and state leaders attach importance to the management of power corruption, made a series of important decisions and deployment and achieved remarkable results. But the measures of power corruption governance still have certain limitation in our country. The legal orientation of organization behavior is not enough, the personality tendency is obvious, the management system and the system has less rational. Civil servants are often unprofessional, their occupation moral consciousness and moral practice has some shortcomings. The control of power corruption under Weber’s legal thoughts has its unique superiority. It advocated the rule of law, rational, professional spirit which is the core and foundation of the power corruption governance countermeasure. Power corruption governance in our country should be put the rule of law, rational, professional spirit in control system. In this paper, based on the consideration of the conditions of our country, the power corruption governance under Weber’s legal thoughts takes us thinking more from organizational behavior, system level and the level of public officials. Firstly, the value orientation of corruption control measures must fit the spirit of the rule of law, respect the authority of law, construct the law foundation; Secondly, we should combine the rational spirit in the construction of each system, realize the rationalization of the system level; Finally, we must realize the civil servants’ professionalization, improve their professional technology level and improve their self-discipline ability. The specific measures of power corruption governance mechanism under Weber’s legal thoughts will promote the construction of anti-corruption effectively in our country.
