| The social security system is a basic social system in a modern country. Formany years’ construction and reform, there are some setbacks but social securitysystem of our country has a huge of success, and the framework of social securitysystem over the urban and rural has already been establish. But there are a number ofproblems in our social security system, such as not fare and unreasonable urban-ruraldual structure and so on. The biggest problem causing the low efficiency of socialsecurity system is lacking of fair, so how to improve social security system based onfair is an urgent problem. Therefore, studying the fair of social security system has animportant role to develop and improve the system, and it can provide some guidancefor the reform of the social security system in our country.On the basis of studies of experts and scholars and the related economic theory,this paper combines with the situation of our country and discusses the reform ofsocial security system in our country. And it uses the method of combining thetheoretical analysis and empirical analysis to explore our social system. The paperstarts from the basic concept explaining clearly the connotation of fairness, socialfairness, social security system and the relationship between social fairness and socialsecurity system. Firstly it reviews the development process of social security systemsince the founding of our country, explores the unfair realities of current socialsecurity system, then analyzes the underlying reasons of the unfairness of the socialsecurity system. And then, the paper details the reform train of thought of thereforms for social security system and presents opinions for structuring the socialsecurity system. |
