With the development of our country economic system reform, people’s moral life has been met an unprecedented challenge. Administrative ethics problems happened frequently when the administrative body exercising the powers, such as obeying the professional ethics and social ethics, abusing of power, breaking the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, seeking their own benefits under the name of the people, and so on. As we can see, the main cause of ethical misconduct is that state administrative organs and their staff are lack of effective supervision. Therefore, to continuously improve administrative ethics, strengthen administrative ethics supervision mechanism is very important. In the21st century, with the high development of Internet information technology, the Internet is changing people’s life. Most people desire to have more autonomy in social management in the development of a democratic society. Internet provides a broad platform for citizens to participate, so the network administration ethics supervision appears. Compared with the traditional administrative ethics supervision, Internet administrative ethics supervision has a strong advantage. It provides a strong guarantee for the people to exercise their supervisory rights. Although the Internet administrative ethics supervision plays an important role, we still find some limitations as well as undeniable negative impacts of its existence. Under the background we mentioned above, this article defines the Internet administrative ethics supervision and analyzes its main carrier firstly. Second, discusses the important role of Internet administrative ethics supervision, its problems and reasons. Finally, this article discusses the reasonable countermeasures to improve the Internet administrative ethics supervision.
