The Use Of Humanization Law Enforcement In People-oriented Thoughts

People-based thought is one of the most important political thought in ancient China, occupy the key position in China’s political philosophy. The traditional people-based thought is attaches great importance to the public interests, the people is the basis of governing the country, through the ancient Chinese society, it has a important role on business in ancient China. At the same time, the future of our country culture will have an important influence. With the popularity of the concept of people first and governing for the people, China’s social concern for the livelihood of the people more and more, in recent years the academic circles of our country has also started to pay attention to the People-based thought, become the focus of the study, the legitimacy and rationality of the administrative enforcement have become a hot topic discussion with today’s society of people,"entrapment" and "the savage violence law enforcement" have become the people of the administrative law enforcement departments concerned, it has a bad effect on the development of a harmonious society. So, how to improve the efficiency of law enforcement, law enforcement method in the administrative department and perfect the legal system have become a major problem which the government law enforcement has to face. Humane law enforcement is a concept of "people-oriented" which has been established by the modern society ruled by law in the process of law enforcement, it will let the people to change the attitude of extreme law enforcement, thus the people will really understand the rights and warmth by the law.This paper is divided into four parts.Chapter1:explain the purpose and significance of this study, status of research and the idea and methods of this paper. The second chapter: the Humane Law Enforcement and People-based thought were summarized, and analyzed the relationship between the Humane Law Enforcement and People-based thought. The third chapter:discusses the meaning of appling the People-based thought by social government in the process of humane law enforcement. Finally, this paper demonstrate the application of People-based thought on the aspect of the Thought, Standard, System in Humane Law Enforcement.
