The Development Dilemma And Countermeasures Of The Red Cross Grassroots Organizations

As the "third sector", with the development of economy, and the progress of thesociety, the Red Cross grassroots organizations becomes the government’s assistant insuch fields as humanitarian aid，the disaster preparedness disaster relief, the povertyalleviation, the life care, the social services and so on, plays an important and positiverole.This paper adopts the classification, the methods of literature analysis, caseresearch method. And through a case study of midland Jiangsu district Red Crossgrassroots organizations, using the theory of third sector management analyzes the RedCross grassroots organization development experience and problems. Combining thetheory of third sector management mechanism is put forward the countermeasures ofdevelopment of grassroots organization of the Red Cross: Based on the outside and theinternal management mechanism, the construction is put forward for the Red Crossgrassroots organizations, such as, management idea, supervision mechanism, strengthencooperation with the government, the third sector management, and image marketingaspects. Improve the management of the Red Cross grassroots organizations tospecification, to promote the sustainable development of the organization.
