Research On Some Problems Of The Public Trust To The Judicature

The public trust to the judicature is a concentrated reflection of the operation ofjudicature. But in recent years, the judicature has suffered a serious trustful crisis whichprompts the legal practical and the academic to reflect. As a result, the public trust to thejudicature has got more and more attention and has become a hot topic in the society. Thethesis begins with the judicature itself and the position of the judicature in the whole powerstructure. It also analyzes the reason of the deficiency of credibility of the judicature inChina and proposes the main methods to tackle this issue. The whole thesis--more than26thousand words, consists of the introduction and the main body which includes fourchapters. The introduction mainly analyzes the concept of the public trust to the judicatureand introduces its historical evolution and current research about it. The main content ofthe first chapter is the basic requirements of the public trust to the judicature. The secondchapter is to describe the function of it and the third is current situation and the reasonsbehind it. The last chapter mainly talks about the concrete methods to promote public trustto the judicature.
