The Research Of The Guiyang City Community Social Management Innovation

Urban community is the most basic public institution in our country, is the basic carrier of city people’s life and production,is also the source of social contradictions and social problems.The development of the community is directly related to the improvement of urban masses life,and the stability of the community is directly related to the long-lasting prosperity of our country. Therefore,carrying on the social management innovation of urban community becomes the focus of concern in all levels of the party committees and government, and the hot spot in academic exploration research.Under the background of social transition, the study of urban community innovation of social management, has practical significance to improve our country grassroots social management theory and to guide the innovation of social management at the primary level. Based on this,this paper selected Guiyang as the research object, which is one of35cities(prefecture-level city), counties(county-level city, area) that has been enlisted as the innovation of social management integrated pilot cities by the Center Politics and Law Committee and the Central Committee for comprehensive management of public security.This paper conducts research on Guiyang’s urban community innovation of social management work.In this study, the paper adopts qualitative research methods, applies theoretical analysis,literature research,case research,the multidisciplinary cross analysis, data collection and more research methods of Guiyang to review and summarize the community social management innovation, analyzed the work effectiveness and the insufficient, and puts forward corresponding proposals on how to strengthen and improve it in the next.The author expects this paper can provide theoretical support and decision-making basis for the city’s urban community innovation of social management work.This paper mainly consists of three parts:introduction, text and conclusion.The first part, the introduction part, mainly elaborates the topic research background,research value and the basic theory and method of this study adopted, and analyzes the connotation of urban community social management innovation. The second part,the main body of the paper,mainly including three aspects of content:one is the introduction of Guiyang city in Guizhou province the current situation of community social management innovation and measures have taken;second,elaborating the Guiyang city community social management innovation effectiveness and experience, and analyzed the difficulties and problems encountered in the process of the innovation;third is to put forward the solving measure according to the development of Guiyang city community.The third part, the conclusion part, mainly to summarize the main point of the paper, and point out the deficiency existing in the research and the sustainability of this study.
