| Urbanization is one of the symbols of the progress of human society. Since the industrial revolution, the human society stepped into the road of urbanization development in the true sense, which has been two hundred years of history. Since independence, India has gradually established a complete industrial system and industry got great development and urbanization also has obtained certain achievement. But compared with the process of world’s urbanization, the development of urbanization in India is quite slow. At the same time, a lot of problems in urbanization in India are produced. Urbanization exacerbates regional disparities which exist originally. More and more population movements produce some conflicts inevitably.
