According to the current situation., one of the biggest challenges facing forward public management is must be pay attention to and solve the problem of boundary, especially to solve the absence of governance management, offside position and dislocation problems.With the boundary management ideas to study public management, originating in the west. Western countries first proposed the organization boundary management as the new theory and method. In particular, the problems of China’s public administration boundary has five aspects: One party delimit boundaries, boundary delineated by the strong; boundary fuzzy and uncertainty, the lack of clarity and immobility; lack of boundaries, laws and system vacuum exist; border adjustment and explain conceptions is serious, lack of rigid constraints; the lack of supervision, border maintenance and rectifying method.There are many factors lead to boundary problem of the China’s public administration management, that can be included such as cultural factors, legal factors, history and other social factors, etc. The understanding of Boundary problems of China’s public management and the reason is not an end, the more important is to find the path to solve the problem. For this, solving the problem of China’s public management boundary can try from the following aspects:cultivate the consciousness of boundary; improve the legal system boundary; civil society restriction boundary; strengthen market operation boundary; strengthen the management of daily boundary, etc.
