With the social development and progress, non-profit organizations as the third sector between thegovernment and enterprises are playing an increasingly important role in human society, especially inhealth, education, culture and entertainment and so on. More importantly, the non-profit organization withits unique social welfare to make up the defects and shortcomings of government and enterprises to meetthe different levels of human needs of different aspects. However, with the progress of human society andcivilization levels improve, nonprofit organizations serve the public non-profit organizations also putforward higher requirements, the introduction of non-profit organizations have been calls for theperformance evaluation of the rising. Nonprofit Organization Performance assessment is an important toolto achieve a non-profit organization and management objectives. If the performance evaluation caneffectively use this tool, administrators will be able to help nonprofit organizations make better decisionsand improve overall organizational performance and enhance their sense of responsibility and improveorganizational efficiency. However, performance evaluation, our non-profit organizations compared withprofit organizations, both in research breadth and depth in the study are very different.This paper uses the theoretical literature research, comparative analysis, induction, logical analysis andso on, nonprofit organizations and non-profit organizations to define the concept of performance evaluation,summarizes the characteristics of non-profit organizations, non-profit organization combed performanceevaluation. Based on this reason, non-profit organizations for performance evaluation of the problems fromthe concept of performance evaluation, assessment analysis of the subject, assessment, evaluation indexsystem, evaluation of personnel, resulting in performance evaluation problem is multifaceted mainly relatedto lack of awareness of the importance of performance evaluation, theoretical research is not enough, thelegal system is imperfect, the appointment and removal system is imperfect, lack of funding, legal statusand low, and finally come up with strategies to assess the performance of non-profit organizations, shouldstrengthen the non-performance evaluation of the importance of profit advocacy organization, non-profitorganizations to improve relevant laws and regulations, given the right to appoint an independent nonprofitorganization and personnel, integration and innovative variety of assessment methods to establish a third-party rating agencies oversight mechanisms to enhance performance evaluation indicators innovationand capacity building nonprofit organization. |
