China’s social security system from the50s establishment and development, has experienced decades ofdevelopment, and gradually mature and perfect, in the process, the social security system of our country and need tosolve the problem, that is the current situation of the urban and rural segmentation. With the development of oureconomy and the people more social security consciousness, the existing social security system already can not adapt tothe actual situation, is not conducive to the harmonious development of society, is not conducive to the common sharethe achievements of reform and development of new people. At the same time, the division between urban and ruralareas in the immediate aftermath of urban and rural gap is further widening, a series of problems emerging in thecountryside, to increase social instability factors.
