Consumption is an indispensable part in today’s society，and is also one of theimportant link in the social and economic development. The good consumptionenvironment and scientific consumption system can not only give consumers pleasureof consumption experience, but also be the prerequisite for the healthy developmentof the market. However, articles of consumption is increasing with the continuousdevelopment of market economy. Consumer demand for goods and services more andmore highly. The consumer disputes are increasing. The consumer disputes not onlyinfluence the development of market, but also is a hidden danger to the social stability.Therefore defusing consumer disputes will be imperative.In this paper, I analysis the current situation of the consumption dispute Insideand outside the province, and the status and problems resolving consumer disputes inHenan province ’s present, analyzes the causes of these problems, and puts forwardsome suggestions and ideas to improvement resolving consumer disputes.
