Robert’s Rules Of Order And Its Revelation To The Democratic Construction Of China

“Order” means that people get together to discuss public affairs.Obviously,therealization of democracy not only needs to vote,but also needs a large series oforder.And there needs rules and procedures to regulate the assembly while peoplediscuss the public affairs,because only if the rules of the order is justice,the result isjustice.From this perspective,the rules of order is the “technical tools” to guarantee therealization of democracy.And “Robert’s Rules of Order” is one of the mostinfluential rules of order,which is widely recognized in the United States.For Chinawhich is constantly deepening reform and promoting democracy construction, I thinkit is worthy of reference.This paper try to through the analysis and discussion ofRober’s Rules of Order to offer some reference and enlightenment on our country’sdemocratic construction.
