Therefore, the study and analysis the electroniccommerce legislation of these countries and areas is very necessary. Based on this, throughthe comparative research on domestic and foreign electronic commerce legislation, especially aboutthe e-commerce consumer protection, this article attempts to find out the superiority of foreigne-commerce legislation and the shortage of the legislation about electronic commerce in china.
