Study On The Internal Mechanism Formed By Normative Order

Order is a combination of different human behaviors. Human behavior itself cannot bedesignated as good or evil, however, once a behavior has involved other people, it willproduce different law order status. Though people are always holding an attitude ofanticipation towards the good order, in general, the formation of any beneficial normativeorder, consists of micro, specific beneficial law orders. In other words, if there is nomicroscopic, specific normative order, then the overall normative order does not exist.Thus, with the application of a microscopic empirical research method, the author of thispaper took Dalian city bus order status as an analysis case to conduct a long time survey. Themain reason of taking the bus order status as an analysis case, is that liquidity and extensive ofbus passengers, and its similarity with the modern social development mode, can form the"three people" social model. Thus, the study of the internal and external bus order can be seenas the epitome of research on the contemporary social law order.Since the micro level is Shaped by the behavioral relation，it should first resolve themicro level for academic. To this end, the establishment of Corresponding explanatoryframework is indispensable. Through careful observation of the behavior of actors, order isrendered by the actions of actors, while the actions of actors are influenced by goals, actionresources and strategies. So, the author took the three structural elements to action (goals,action resources and strategies) as the theoretical research framework, combined withempirical facts, to explain the internal mechanism of the formation of different order status.According to the interpretation of the different order of law state, it can be summed up in twocategories: benign normative order state and disorder state (disorder state, according to theactual situation, can be divided into: evil order and the coexistence of good and evil order). Inthis regard, the action structure analysis framework fully to cognitive result in different ordercauses. And as to the problem of anomie, the paper will discusses the corresponding effectivemeasures from the aspects of structure of the three elements of action.
