On The Improvement Of China’s Forestry Law Under The Background Of Climate Change

At present, the problem of climate change is becoming more and more serious. To cope with climate change, forestry will play a decisive role. Great changes have taken place in China’s forestry with the development of the times, legal system on the traditional forestry theory has been unable to meet the actual needs of forestry construction and ecological construction in china. Therefore, in order to meet the need of reality, it is necessary for us to perfect forestry law. This paper mainly discusses the amendment of "forest law" and how to improve some aspects of forestry law in china.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part discusses the present situation of forestry legislation idea and system of our country. The second part discusses the present forestry law existing problems, including the legislative idea and system problems. The third part carried out a detailed analysis and reference on the concept of foreign forestry legislation and related system. The fourth part discusses the necessity and feasibility of perfecting China’s forestry. The fifth part discusses the improvement in China’s forestry law; this part is the focus of this paper. This section focuses on the problems of the second part of China’s forestry law, draws on the third part of the foreign forestry legislation concept system, combines with China’s actual situation to carry out the proposal of perfecting China’s forest law. Including: Reconstructing China the forestry legislation philosophy, improving China’s forest harvesting management system and sounding the forest ecological benefit compensation system.
