China, possessing900million farmers, is a traditional agricultural country. Villagers’democracy needs relate to the construction of Chinese Socialism and play a key role in realizing Chinese nation’s great rejuvenation also called Chinese Dream. Villagers’regulation, made by village council, is right foundation and basic form that villagers implement democratic autonomy. In the socialist law system, achievements in legal villagers’regulation are remarkable, but defects in law still exist. In practice, This article selects Purun village in Neijiang city of Sichuan province, using empirical method, conducted in field survey and interview. There are many problems, such as illegal procedures, paying less attention on villagers’self-management regulation, no institution guarantee and so on. Then writer thinks out several solutions to improve the condition.
