Research On Real Estate Registration Dispute Case To The Civil Law And Administrative Law Crossover Mode

After spending a night watchman modern style government, executive of the government is growing more and more powerful and administrative law and civil law have been intersect. Thus in judicial practice, there appeared within the Court mutual buck-passing, the case for a long time without resolution. This phenomenon is particularly evident in the real estate registration disputes.
