Research On Strategies Of Chongqing Community Cultural Construction

The CPC’s18thcongress clearly promotes the great development and prosperity of thesocialism culture. As a spiritual pillar and foundation, culture plays a decisive role inimproving the people’s literacy, enriching people’s spiritual world and building the socialmodernization. Community culture is an organic unit of culture. The level of thecommunity culture construction is not only related to the living standards of communityresidents, but also related to the stability and harmony of the community and even thewhole society. Our cultural construction in community is still in its infancy. The theoreticalstudy is relatively weak. The regional imbalance of the economic and cultural developmentduring the social transformation leads to a fact that the theoretical research on communitycultural construction lags behind the reality of the community cultural development. Atpresent, community cultural development in Chongqing is thriving. But the currentcommunity cultural construction in Chongqing also exists the problem of unevendevelopment. The community cultural construction urgently need to improve in theorganization patterns, management methods, operations strategy and resourcesdevelopment.In this thesis, the author takes the community culture construction of Chongqing asthe research object. Through reviewing the development of community culture, resolvingthe status of community cultural construction in Chongqing and using the knowledge ofhuman resources and the methods of the case analysis, the author probes the commonalitiesand the differences of the cultural resources development in different communities. On thebasis of the analyzing their strengths and problems, the author proposes the solutions andstrategies to improve community cultural development in Chongqing.This thesis is divided into six parts, mainly on the status of community culturalconstruction in Chongqing, the problems and the countermeasures. The first part of thisthesis explains the research background, significance, methods, and innovations and so on;the second part of this thesis surveys the concept and the process of the community culturaldevelopment based on abroad research achievements; the third part of the thesis introducesthe five cases of community cultural development in Chongqing Jiangbei District to clarifythe status of the Chongqing community culture construction; the fourth part of this thesisidentifies the main problems on the the basis of learning about the basic information ofcommunity culture construction in Chongqing, the fifth part of this thesis explores the countermeasures on Community Cultural Construction in Chongqing and proposes theappropriate development strategies according to the existing problems; the sixth part of thisthesis is the conclusion of the thesis. It’s a summary and outlook of the Chongqingcommunity cultural construction. The author puts forward to the issues and focuses in thefuture.The innovation lies in this thesis: Firstly, the usage of the empirical research methods.The author adopts a large number of facts, compares the differences between the differentcommunities in the developing Chongqing literary resources and explores the strategies ofthe community cultural development in deep level and multi-angle; Secondly, through themethod of case studies, the author analyzes the pros and the cons in the developing processof the community cultural resources to seek "entry point" and "balance point" forexploring the further possible measures and methods in community cultural construction.
