New generation migrant workers growth under the new environment, their idealpursuit is very different with the traditional migrant workers. Their alternating shows thetransformation of life and the objective of a struggle between two generations of migrantworkers. But under our existing urban-rural dual system, new generation of migrantworkers face some common problems in the urbanization with their traditional migrantworkers, so we should according to the difference between the two generation of migrantworkers to resolve the problem of urbanization. This paper based on the characteristics ofthe new generation urbanization of migrant workers, with reference to social content oftheoretical research on the management system of the new generation urbanization ofmigrant workers, based on the analysis of the transfer process of the agricultural surpluslabor force with China characteristics and problems of the new generation urbanization ofmigrant workers, This will cause the main obstacle of the new generation urbanization ofmigrant workers is the social management system is imperfect. Study of the three parts, thenew generation migrant workers out of the land, get into the city and Integrated into thecity’s social management system, to clarify the specific influence of the new generationurbanization of migrant workers ‘social management system and its sub-systems. It mainlyanalyzes the impact of social management system to the process of the new generationurbanization of migrant workers, discusses the design key and difficult of the newgeneration urbanization of migrant workers’ social management system and its sub-system,And the conflict and coordination in the system design that may be encountered then putforward innovative ideas and proposals.
