Studies On Development Of Small And Micro Businesses In China From Perspective Of The Outlook Of Scientific Development

As a business form, small and micro business (SMBs) already existed in marketeconomy in China earlier before. Reviewing the development history of SMBs, peoplehave gradually realized that SMBs had transformed from the stage of slow growthoutside economic institution into the stage of being an important component of stateeconomy. The reason behind rapid development to a large extent attributes to thepromotion, support and guide that SMBs attained from government.However, in the face of fluctuating macroeconomic environment, there are stillseveral factors that restrict SMBs’ development. Being at the bottleneck of development,SMBs’ plight became increasingly acute. In the aspect of policy environment, capitalfinancing, public services system and relevant regulation and laws, there are manyproblems that prevent their growth. For example, in the course of development, SMBscan’t benefit from various support policies of the state. The banks are reluctant atsupporting SMBs, which deviates the requirement of Outlook of ScientificDevelopment and the development of SMBs thus are restricted.This article begins with theory of the Outlook of Scientific Development, andapplies the methods of methods of literature summary as well as theory and practice. Itconnects status quo and development dilemma of SMBs and makes systematic analysisand research, and thus affirms proper strategy of SMBs.
