The Formation Of Cultivate People’s Awareness Of Integrity From The Ferspective Of System

Integrity is a demand of ethical value which is the most universal and the most basic in society. Regarding the essence of integrity, it is a spirit. For the sake of improving the level of integrity and morality, at first, we should cultivate people’s self-discipline to form their awareness of integrity by education. But, the extrinsic mandatory restraints are also a great motivation to cultivate that awareness. So, to complete and perfect the system of integrity is a necessary and effective way to form people’s awareness of integrity. In the thesis, a series of problems of integrity during the development of modern time are summarized. Focus on studying reasons of the absence of integrity and ways to cultivate people’s awareness of integrity on the aspects of social system, it is expected to obtain some practical and feasible strategies for the construction of integrity system during the transformation of our society.There are four parts in the thesis.In the first part, it analyzes the relationship between system and the people’s awareness of integrity. By analyzing the concepts of system and awareness of integrity respectively, it demonstrates the relationship between system and the cultivation of people’s awareness of integrity. People’s behaviors of integrity can be formed into a habit and then develop into the awareness through restricting the behaviors by means of mandatory system. Similarly, the formation of awareness can promote the further perfection of system construction so that both of them can be combined harmoniously.In the second part, it classifies phenomena of the absence of the integrity during the transformation period of society nowadays. It summarizes the absence of integrity on the aspects of interpersonal interaction, economic, job hunting, and the network and media. It simply analyzes the causes of absence of integrity from the absence of system and analyzes by the data of questionnaire survey from the research group which makes the demonstration more persuasive.In the third part, it analyzes the main cause of the absence of awareness of integrity on the aspects of social systems. It classifies the existing unreasonable systems to four kinds:incomplete systems, invalid systems, counterproductive systems, and blank systems. It lists a series of system defect which leaded to the absence of integrity in the process of system construction in specific arguments so that reasons can be found out, then act appropriately. Thus, the people’s behavior of integrity can be standardized and completed by reasonable systems, and people’s awareness can be formed.In the last part, it analyzes the importance of perfecting the integrity system and completing the cultivation of civilian’s awareness of integrity, on the aspect of integrity system construction. It provides why integrity system construction is an indispensible step of harmonious society construction and completeness of civilian’s moral rules. It highlights that the goal of making integrity enjoys popular support can only be achieved by working from system and education at the same time, it analyzes the system factors lead to the absence of awareness of integrity base on the study of social integrity problems and it comes up with specific strategies. The strategies are to establish records of citizens’integrity, to open credit information communication channels, to strictly carry out the system of rewards and punishments of social integrity, to strengthen the publicity and education of integrity, to establish newly public opinion supervision mechanism, and to complete and perfect the systems of law and regulation, etc.
