Research Based On The Aesthetic Needs Of Soldiers

Soldiers are a special group of social life that generated from the war and for the war. Firm and unyielding faith, brave and tenacious spirit, hard work and plain living style, the lofty moral integrity, indomitable will, strict and impartial discipline is the salient feature of soldiers. As a member of the general public, soldiers have high mental demand---aesthetic needs. It is soldier’s mental demand to show their vitality, to develop themselves, meanwhile, get positive aesthetic enjoyment, and is the basic driving force to realize soldier’s aesthetic development.Soldier group’s aesthetic need is the integration and summary of individuals. It is formed in the long-term military activities, and is subjected to the size, scope, level, nature of these activities, and is also subjected to the nature of the army and the army’s special living environment. Therefore, military group aesthetic needs have a clear orientation, strong stability and high level. In content, soldier group’s aesthetic need is also the soldiers’spiritual pursuit. The content is stipulated by soldiers’"nature" and the professional ethical and moral standards, and is embodied by soldiers’ spirit value judgment standard, ethical value pursuit and of soldiers, unique inner life emotional appeal---noble pursuits. In form, soldier group’s aesthetic need pursues "uniformity","concise and simple","power","order","harmony", which can meet the army’s core requirements of powerful battle effectiveness and uniform cohesion.To wake up, improve, meet the aesthetic need of soldiers, can not leave a special education activity-military aesthetic education. It is also determined by the nature of the aesthetic education in military. As an important means of military ideological and political work, military aesthetic education is not only the art education, to add the smack of army life, but also a military knowledge education, to improve the aesthetic ability and aesthetic culture. We should combine with the uniqueness of the army, soldiers and military activities, to explore the ways and methods of aesthetic education in military. Then combine military aesthetic education with the army ideological and political education, the army daily management, to meet the aesthetic need of military group, to improve individual soldier’s life quality and life realm, to urge all-round development of servicemen’s quality, to promote the army battle effectiveness.
