This paper is divided into four parts, about36thousand characters.The number of film and television works imported and exported shows an increasing trends, but the imported number takes priority. The issue above has caused many problems in our foreign-related copyright trades,both lacking of institutional design on ’The Law of the Application of Law ", and some judicially practical puzzles.Therefore, it is highly necessary to investigate the application of foreign film and television copyright law and to design a range of resolutions.The first part is about the concept of the foreign video works copyright and its property. The laws of various countries on the film and television works and audiovisual works are analyzed to find the causes of the conflict.The third part interprets the global treaties and regional treaties which adjust the foreign video copyright conflicts, by interpreting them, analyzes the relationship of the development of internationally substantive law and the foreign film copyright conflicts.The fourth part ranges theoretical aspects from practical aspects of the application of the foreign film copyright conflict.
