In recent years, non-marital cohabitation has become a widespread socialphenomenon. However, due to the lack of legal regulation, non-marital cohabitationof women in the interests have been violated, non-marital cohabitation alone can bearthe risks associated with misfortune. But men in non-marital cohabitation has not onlyenjoyed the women to pay for the family, while in order to avoid the obligations ofmarriage brings. This imbalance between the rights and interests of men and womenis the starting point of this writing.The full text is divided into three parts. The first part introduces the women ofnon-marital cohabitation Protection overview shows that our system constructed innon-marital cohabitation urgency to protect women’s rights. The second part describestwo aspects of non-marital cohabitation regulate foreign legal system, including thelegislative regulation of foreign models and foreign legislative regulation of specificcontent. The third part describes the specific recommendations of the protection ofwomen’s rights to build a non-marital cohabitation normative system, from threelegislative principles, legislative mode, three levels of specific systems are discussed.
