Based On The Research Of Chinese Local Governance Practices "Deliberative Democracy"

Democracy, the most depend on the theoretical value and ideal thinker andphilosopher, a kind of depends on the people to adopt and implement in practice ofsystem design, historically, has been the people’s common desire and strive for.Marxism believes that the general meaning of democracy is the "self regulation" ofthe people. All the people are the national political life decision power. The method ofdemocracy is to realize the human liberation, but also people to achieve goals.Deliberative democracy is the turning of the late20th century democratic theory,it means that the citizens of the freedom and equality in the political community tojointly participate in political life and political decisions, by reflection, dialogue anddebate, agree on involving the interests of the public policy, will give legitimacylegislation and decision-making.
