In recent years, the problem of global warming caused widespread concernaround the globe, while carbon dioxide emissions are the main cause of globalwarming. With the rapid development of China’s economy, China also facesenormous pressure to reduce emissions of carbon dioxide.In addition to the introduction and conclusion of this article is divided into fourparts altogether.The first part is an overview of the carbon tax, introduced the concept of theorigin and theoretical basis of a carbon tax on the carbon tax. Finally, carbon taxesand carbon emissions trading conducted in-depth comparison, the carbon tax is ameans of carbon emissions trading more feasible than the protection of theenvironment.The second part analyzes the status of the country’s relatively successfulintroduction of a carbon tax carbon tax, and draw on China’s introduction of a carbontax in all aspects of learning.The third part of the status quo of China’s low-carbon legal protection, in-depthanalysis of the necessity and feasibility of the introduction of a carbon tax. Four weredescribed necessity and feasibility of three realities.The fourth part of the introduction of a carbon tax legal advice on the basis oflearn from foreign experience, designed to meet China’s development and theconstruction of a carbon tax system has its own characteristics.
