| Environmental pollution has got wide attention from all over the world as aproblem. After the deep and serious reflection on the present situation ofenvironmental pollution, governments are seeking the effective ways to solve theproblem of environmental pollution. At present, it has become the world trend of thedevelopment of environmental protection to solve the increasingly seriousenvironmental pollution problems by strengthening the criminal legislation ofenvironmental pollution crimes. Due to the lack of the criminal legislation ofenvironment pollution crimes, the pollution behavior can not be stopped or confinedtimely. Therefore it is necessary for the perfection of China’s environmental pollutioncrimes’ legislation.
