The act of borrowing loan matches with the free trade spirit ofmarket economy and it shows normal change between resources’ reply and demand underthe adjustment of market itself. Laws are built for protecting the free spirit of freeexchanging of value as well as traders. At the present the market is flooded by folk loansharking and it leads to a series of criminal crime. Here comes the question about thepropriety of sentencing folk loan sharking as business crime but not criminal crime.Different voices come up in the world of law.
