Thisarticle in the Perspective of Economic Law, based on the current problems that exist in ruralconstruction land systems, and explore analysis of rural construction land planning system toobtain system, circulation system and the exit mechanism to improve China’s ruralconstruction land market.In this paper, literature research, qualitative analysis, historical research methods,analysis of rural collective construction land planning system, circulation system, propertyrights and homestead exit system and problems in the management process, and borrowingthe United States, Germany, Britain and other foreign a typical state on the successfulexperience of the construction land management system, combined with China’s actualsituation, explore and improve our rural construction land legislation conception.At present, domestic and foreign scholars on rural land system is mainly from theresearch point of view of constitutional law or civil law expanded scope of the study focusedon the integration of urban and rural areas, urban and rural construction land use system,construction land use rights, land use rights, commercial land the price of shares, landmanagement, land development, land evaluation, etc., in order to compare the perspective ofeconomic law on the reform of rural construction land less institutional research scholar in theurban-rural integration background.
