Construction Of China’s System Of Collective Management Of Copyright Extension

Extensibility of copyright collective management system originated from northern Europe. Inorder to solve the problem of mass work authorization and "orphan works", after a long period ofexploration and practice, the Nordic countries create the extensibility of copyright collectivemanagement system. The successful implementation of the system in the Nordic countries, haveimportant significance for our country, so the copyright law (modified draft) proposed todetermine the extensibility of copyright collective management system in our country. Draftproposed caused the controversy of the copyright owner, whether the system is suitable for manypeople in our country. Despite the extensibility of copyright collective management system is asystem abroad, the background and our country are very different, but the system’s advantage isobvious, therefore this paper argues that China should introduce the extensibility of copyrightcollective management system, and at the same time of introducing do a lot of flexibility, make itreally suitable for our country, to serve the development of copyright in China.This paper mainly through four aspects discusses build extensibility of copyright collectivemanagement system of our country. The extensibility of copyright collective management systemincluding the extensibility of copyright collective management system of the connotation,characteristics and function, make people to understand the system. Secondly, it proposed thenecessity that the introduction of extensibility collective management system in China. This articlethrough to our country current copyright collective management system is introduced, points outthe shortage of the system and extensibility of collective management system advantage,extensibility show that the introduction of foreign copyright collective management system is aninevitable trend in the development of collective administration of copyright in China. Throughthe introduction to foreign system makes people know more about the system, and revelation, inconstructing the extensibility of copyright collective management system in China whichproblems should be paid attention to. Finally, the idea of constructing the extensibility ofcopyright collective management system, including system idea and system set up two aspects, theextensibility of copyright collective management system can truly implement in our country.
