Since the21st century, the world’s population is growing fast, which has morethan7billion and population age structure also changes constantly in the developmentprocess. The population aging is accelerating, the aging of the population scale isgradually expanding, the problem of which caused by an aging population isbecoming more obvious. In the early21st century, our country has entered an agingsociety, aging process, family miniaturization and the empty nest, accompanying withthe contradiction of economic and social transition period. The population agingproblem is increasingly outstanding. The traditional family endowment or institutionsendowment service mode has been difficult to meet the demand of pension in China atpresent. In order to solve the problem of pension better, virtual nursing home servicemode gradually came into being in urban community in our country.As something new of social public service, virtual nursing home service mode isstill in the early stages of development in China. But with its characteristic ofinformatization, intellectualized operation, it has gradually become the “ice-braking”move under China’s transition to solve the problems of pension. In a constantly adjustthe relationship between state and society under the background of reality, effectiveintegration of the government power to solve the problem of pension and other socialorganizations is a new pension service model of rational choice. From this perspective,the establishment and development of the virtual nursing home service mode adapt tothis trend, and provides the reference value for China’s future pension modeconstruction.This paper will adopt the way of field research in sociology research methods,combining the qualitative research methods of the structured interview method andquantitative research methods of questionnaire method in the process of datacollection and analysis. We can take ChengGuanOu virtual nursing home in Lanzhoucity as a case to analyze its structure and operation mode, and object to SuzhouCangLangOu "neighbourhood" virtual nursing home, to evaluate the practical effectmulti-angle. And make a targeted analysis of the bottleneck of the pattern in the urbancommunity elderly endowment service development to put forward the perfectsuggestions of virtual nursing home service model in the city community of ourcountry.
