The research object In this paper is the problem of3D printing technology in copyright,since the3D printing technology was born, people thought the3D printing technology is anew thing, but the scholar that copyright problems that it brings is not revolutionary, butchanges in the basis of the existing copyright. Aiming at the present stage of awareness andunderstanding of different3D printing technology, this paper focuses on the3D print theirown characteristics, are copyright angle comb through relevant works on3D print, analyzethe risk of infringement and copyright protection method in the field of law right.In my option, the3D print is divided into model design, modeling and manufacture ofscanning physical model of three stages, and separately from the three stages of analysis.Analysis of selected here include： the various stages of product of copyright works property,infringement judgment method; the problems to address： first, analysis of the work attribute3D printing each stage of product; second, the3D print in various stages of copyrightprotection method.To solve the first problem, this paper mainly finished on3D for printing originalityanalysis, by judging whether copyright law originality, to identify whether it constitutescopyright law works; for the second question, this paper first solve infringement judgmentanalysis problems, and select the fields of copyright infringement the use of “three test”,substantive analysis of the original works and parodies, then whether it constitutesinfringement. Integrated theory with practice to solve the problem, the text based on aboveanalysis, to design, model3D print works scanning modeling and manufacturing real modelfor copyright protection put forward their views.Through comprehensive analysis, the author thinks：establishment stage in the3D digitalmodel, can use graphic works and model works for the protection; scanning in the modelingstage, should focus on the rights of people “to protect the right of interpretation”; in themanufacturing stage physical model, can be used as a practical art protection; and becausethe3D printing technology has broad impact on the public interests, but also should pay attention to the rational use of copyright specification.
