| The article of association is the carrier of company autonomy and manifestation,it is also a way of shareholder to realize its interests, control the operation of thecompany in the process of company operation play an irreplaceable role. In this paper,first briefly talk about the concept and legal characteristics of the articles of autonomyof the company, based on this, expounds the concept and connotation of thecompany’s articles of association autonomy. The second chapter mainly from theparty autonomy, shareholder autonomy and company autonomy related theory,discusses the value and necessity of the essence of shareholder autonomy and thenecessity of using the company’s articles of association autonomy, analysis thecompany’s articles of association, company, interaction between shareholderautonomy and indivisible relation.
