Research On The Sriminal Jury System During The New Democratic Revolution Period

This paper describes the new-democratic revolution of the jury system producessocial environment, then the new democratic revolution into the agrarian revolution,the three Sino-Japanese War and the liberation war period, starting from the systemdesign and implementation philosophy, which focuses on Chinese Communist Partyto develop and implement the people’s jury system three times, the last from the legal,political and historical aspects of the jury system critical analysis of the NewDemocratic revolution.
