Abstract/Summary:
This paper mainly carries on the analysis from the civil law protection to doboldly what is righteous person. Firstly, from the definition of do boldly what isrighteous make elaborate, from the concept of origin do boldly what is righteous andover existing methods. Launched on the provisions in this determination to do boldlywhat is righteous do boldly what is righteous behavior.
