The Construction Of Capital Moral In Socialist Market Economy

In the perspective of Marx, capital has two properties, namely the naturalproperty and the social property.The natural property promotes the development ofnatural attributes, and the social property can prove that productivity is a socialrelationship,namely the people who with capital can deprive others labor surplusvalue. Marx’s "Das Kapital" in the capital do more criticism that capital to creategreat wealth, while promoting the development of productive forces, because of itsprofit-driven nature of the resulting capital in the operation of fame unscrupulous,greedy extreme. This phenomenon capital, before Western scholars have also beenconcerned about, in a capitalist society, they should have raised capital operationcertain constraints. In Marx, the socialist state capital should be eliminated. Today,China is in the primary stage of socialism, productivity is relatively backward. Periodof time, the development of productivity is still the main content, and thedevelopment of the core elements of capital productivity. In other words, at present,we can not only eliminate the capital, which in turn have to use the capital to achievedevelopment. Thus, how to play an active role in the capital, capital constraintsgreedy profit-driven operations in order to better promote the development of China’ssocialist construction and became a more practical and cutting-edge academic issues.In this regard, the moral capital to be raised. On this basis, the research status athome and abroad, analyzes China’s national conditions put forward by building avision of moral capital to regulate capital operation, in order to achieve the capital topromote sound and rapid development of socialism with ChineseIn this paper, the main contents are composed of three parts:The first part is the analysis about the content and reason of the capital moral inthe development of the socialist market economy, mainly based on the previousliterature, define the moral content of the socialist market economic capital, whichfrom the capital itself has greed and anti-historic features, combined with the specificissues arised in the development of capital using in China,so pointed theissue,namely how to build the morality awareness in the capital with the process ofbuild a socialist market economy.The second part is the analysis about the condition of capital moral in thedevelopment of socialist market economy.According to Marx’s materialism can besummed up that civilized capital is the inherentcondition of moral capital built, andeconomic factors is the basic condition of moral capital built.By combining with China’s national conditions can be seen that the socialist,which namely democraticpolitics and public ownership is the institutional conditionto build the moral capital,ethics,which namelythe Chinese traditional ethics and core values of socialismis animportant condition for the moral capital built.The third part is the investigation of the construction of a socialist marketeconomy and the route of capital moral, mainly discussed the route of capital moralthe at the level of moral building and specification.
