In recent years,some major emergencies are encountered in public places.Theseincidents cause a lot of loss to the community. The population,as the affected body inemergencies at public places, are always the direct victims of the emergencies. TO studypopulation movements in public places under emergency situations can provide atheoretical basis to evacuate the affected population rationally and orderly. At the sametime, it is also an important issue in the field of emergency management research.Firstly, learning from the existing literature on the basis of research results, thisarticle summarizes the theory of complex adaptive theory and group dynamics.This text considers the complexity of human comprehensively, which lay a very goodfoundation for the dynamic model of the building behind in the reference basisof the basic thought of the value chain.Secondly, in the light of public place majoring emergency scenarios, this articleanalysis of psychological and behavioral characteristics of the affected the main groups,and it analysis of the adaptive characteristics of flow and dissemination ofinformation by subject population further. This article describes the mechanism of crowdpsychology characteristics to behavior evolution, which is the direct reason of crowd flow.At the same time, according to the risk of expanding the theory, this article researchon the information communication between mechanism and expanding populationunder risk emergency situations. This provides indirect thrust into the crowd flow.Finally, the paper gives a dynamic representation on the flow of the maincrowd disaster and defines the overall flow of the affected population. In the light of theflow behavior of the characteristic matrix this paper presents and proves a series ofproperties of the characteristic matrix. Next, starting with simple line onthe population flow, the paper studies the crowd behavior under the emergency scenariosand gets the basic conditions that people tend to gather, tend to be dispersed and tends toperiodic motion. Further research on the two-dimensional plane of the population flow,this paper also finally gets three basic behavior as well as to the conditions whichpeople tend to gather, tend to be dispersed and tends to periodic motion. For the aggregation behavior of the crowd, we can effectively use the guidance markingto guide evacuation.
