Research On The Evaluation System Of Juveniles’ Network Moral Quality

With the rapid development of network technology, more than90%of juveniles have been involved in the Internet activities. At the same time this trend has caused extensive debate among all walks of life about the problem whether juveniles will abide by the network moral norms. As a result, there are two opposite answer, optimistic one and pessimistic one. Both of views are supported by quantities of data. But in fact, it is not enough to resolve this dispute only depending on incomplete data. We must set up a juveniles’ network moral quality evaluation system, which incorporate the process of data collection, analysis, feedback and application.In fact, the system has more profound significance in both theoretical and practical aspects. Theoretically, the most direct function of this system is to further develop the moral quality evaluation theory, making the evaluation extend from the realistic society to network space. At the same time, the research on the network moral quality evaluation has always focused on the "people" themselves other than the "thing", which is beneficial to promote the ideological and political education research become more and more people oriented. Practically speaking, evaluation can not only help educators do more targeted education in future, it can also inspire the students to improve themselves, and promote the school management more efficiency.Though this system is of great significance, the relevant theoretical research is seriously lag behind the social need. This paper aims to make up for the defect, trying to build a relatively complete juveniles’network moral quality evaluation system.
